He also stated  that the multipurpose complex would provide rehabilitation centres to help in providing a road to recover individuals from struggling with addiction.

“The multipurpose complex will serve as a beacon of hope and address critical issues such as the drug rehabilitation centre, which will help offer a path to recovery for those battling addiction.

“It will also serve as a skills acquisition centre for empowering individuals with valuable skills for better employment opportunities and reintegrating out-of-school children back into education.”

Prof. Hope Eghagha, the guest speaker called for a strong federal system to solve the grievances of different ethnic groups and strengthen the value of Nigerian unity.

“There is a need for a strengthened federal system through consultations to address the frustrations of various ethnic groups. We also need to understand the importance of unity among Nigerians, regardless of ethnic or religious affiliations.

“As well, we need to launch awareness campaigns around the need for mutual coexistence and unity in Nigeria and examine policies and practices that have created feelings of marginalisation and disadvantage among some groups,” he said.

The Bishop, Catholic Dioceses of Warri, Anthony Ewherido Also said, “I also want to promise that the diocese will promote the well-being of the country, and we will support a purpose-driven life.
