Mohbad’s close friend, Primeboy has has filed a petition against the late singer’s wife, Omawunmi.

He went on his Instagram page and reached out to Wunmi, urging her to finally come forward and reveal the truth about her husband’s death. He mentioned that he had previously advised her to refrain from mentioning his name, but she chose not to heed his advice.

He strongly warned her that she would face his anger if she didn’t reveal the truth about the Mohbad’s death.

“told you to stop mentioning my Name…… You didn’t stop……. Now It is the time to tell the whole world the truth you said you know about what killed your boyfriend (Mohbad)….. Or you face the Music!!!!!!!”.

Wakadaily reported in October that Primeboy had surrendered himself to the police after being declared wanted. The police had summoned him as part of their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate death of Mohbad.

During an interview with TVC, Primeboy claimed that Mohbad’s wife had falsely accused him in public, claiming that the couple had engaged in a heated argument. He revealed that he had accompanied the singer to an event the day before his death, but things escalated when the singer expelled him from the car at Town Hall after an argument between him and his wife, which they were trying to keep hidden.

Expressing his frustration, he lamented about Omawunmi’s attempt to falsely incriminate him, and he expressed his sadness over Nigerians blaming him for his friend’s death, despite his innocence.

In another interview, he reiterated his previous statement and recalled how Mohbad physically attacked him during a disagreement between him and his wife, which he had tried to mediate.

He explained that he had angered his late friend, who then proceeded to physically assault him, hitting him twice and forcing him to leave the car.
