‘Its only in Madonna University females students graduate as virgins’- Fr. Edeh

According to Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Edeh, founder of Madonna University, female students who gain admission into the institution as Virgins also graduate as Virgins.

In a viral video seen online, Fr. Edeh said this is as a result of the institution’s commitment high morals and discipline.

He also claimed that several individuals based abroad, usually comes to the institution to seek for Virgins girls to get married to.

“It is only in this university that is clearly maintained that girls who have entered the university as Virgins, graduate as Virgins. You can enter our University as a Virgin and graduate as a Virgin.” Edeh said

“Tell me any other university in the whole world that can maintain this. That is why people, from London, America, England, Germany, when you meet them, they’ll say Father, we want to marry a girl who is a virgin, and they don’t tend to get that until they come to Madonna University.”

He noted that all the students of the university maintain an in-school accommodation as they do not permit off campus accommodations for effective observation.

“Although we have students from all walks of life across the religious and social lines. So, we don’t discriminate, we give all…we follow our Catholic methods. Madonna University is unique in its following way – high morals and discipline. Madonna is known for its high morals and discipline thus in academics,” Edeh said.

The catholic cleric also said cultism, molestation, examination misconduct, and all other social vices, doesn’t exist in the University, explaining that the university maintains a very high level of discipline.

Madonna University boasts of three different campuses in Okija, Anambra State; Elele, Rivers State; and Akpugo, Enugu State was founded in 1999
