Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has provided an update on her legal dispute with fellow actress Lizzy Anjorin.
In March, it was reported that Iyabo had filed a defamation lawsuit against Lizzy. However, during their initial court hearing, Lizzy did not appear.
As a result, the court sent official letters that were posted on Lizzy Anjorin’s house gate.
The judge overseeing their case recently acted as a mediator, successfully reconciling the actresses.
Iyabo confirmed to the media that the judge provided them with motherly advice, urging them to cease their fighting and negative comments towards each other on social media, and instead embrace peace.
Reports indicate that both actresses left the courtroom with smiles on their faces, and Lizzy’s husband even approached Iyabo and gave her a peaceful hug.
