Jumoke George Early Life and Education

Jumoke George was born and hail from Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. Her father served in the Nigerian military, and her stepmother, also a military nurse.

Despite her parents’ separation during her early years, George stayed with her father and stepmother.

She attended her primary and secondary school education at Command Children School Ann’s Barracks Yaba, Lagos; Army Children School Kano; and Anglican Grammar School, Orita mefa, Ibadan. Eventually, George pursued Business Administration at Government Technical College, Osogbo.

Jumoke George career

She was introduced to acting by a family friend at age eight and engaged in stage drama with the National Television Authority (NTA) in Ibadan.

She further honed her skills by joining a drama troupe at NTA Ibadan. The Yoruba movie industry became her focus with the support of Victor Ashaolu.
