Millionaire barman/businessman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as as Cubana Chiefpriest, has granted to settle out of court with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC after he was arrested for Naira abuse few weeks ago
Wakadaily had reported that Court grants Cubana Chief Priest N10million bail Cubana Chiefpriest was arrested on the 17th of April for Naira abuse. He was later released on bail. According to according to Wakadaily, the businessman, who bought a Rolls Royce last year, was supposed to appear in court on Thursday. According to his associates, Chikaosolu Ojuku, a senior member of Nigerian, the self-acclaimed bartender had applied for court settlement with the EFCC.
The counsel to the anti-graft agency, Bilikisu Buhari, stated that Cubana Chiefpriest has applied for an avenue to opt out-of-court.
Nevertheless, the commission was still looking into the applications. The businessman’s counsel thereafter applied for the withdrawal of the preliminary objection. With no objection from the prosecution, the court gave into his request. Justice Ogundare who is taking care of the case adjourned till June 5 to listen to the news of the settlement.

Reports had it that Cubana Chiefpriest was sported at a party in Abuja a few days after he was apprehended by the EFCC.
It seems that he has learnt his lessons,as he was seen making a transfer to the celebrant instead of spraying money. It was clear the billionaire was having a good time at the event.
