Kidnap victim raises the alarm on Twitter shares location details.

Nigerian Psychotherapist, identified as Ameerah Sufyan on Twitter, raised the alarm on Tuesday 14 June 2022, after an alleged kidnapping incident in Abuja. With the total number of 17 people, including three pregnant women and two children among them.

Sufyan posted on her Twitter page alleged that she and the other 16 victims were abducted at gunpoint by people with police uniforms and Van,  She added that they were all taken from their place of residence in different parts of Abuja.

Noting that she had shared her current location with her friends on WhatsApp.

The tweet read “Please whoever has my WhatsApp number I sent a broadcast message of my location, we were abducted at gunpoint by ppl with police uniforms and a van from our houses from different parts of Abuja, we’re 17 including 3 pregnant women and two little kids, they didn’t see my phone”

few hours after her first tweet, Sufyan gave details of her captors, stating that they’ve been divided into two groups, the other vehicles said they will reach Ilorin and theirs will reach Ibadan or Ikeja according to the gunmen.

The other vehicle they said they will reach Ilorin and ours will reach Ibadan or Ikeja as they said.”

Meanwhile, Sufyan last location was seen somewhere at Kaduna by 5:07 pm.

However, 7 hours following the numerous alarm raised, the NPF FCT Command, @Policeng fct posted on Twitter that the investigation is in progress, also urged all to exercise calm and patience promised to get to the root of this.
