Popular Nigerian comedienne, Maraji is currently in the news for controversies surrounding her marriage.

It all began with a tweet by a Twitter user identify as Zanaria revealed that Maraji’s husband occasionally leaves her to date other women, then comes back when things don’t work out.

The twitter user expressed her concern on how Maraji was such an interesting character online, and it was funny that her husband was someone who was going out with other women while she was online being a “pick me”. The Twitter user also went on to explain that Maraji is the only person who truly understands what type of marriage she is in.

”Maraji is so interesting. Her husband occasionally leaves her to date other women then comes back when it doesn’t work out and she’s still out here being a pick me”.

This statement has left many confused as the try to figure out how true it is.

Recall that in 2020, Maraji had revealed that she was dumped by her ex of two years, because he found another lady and no other reason.

She could not hold back her tears as she took to her page to narrate how the breakup had affected her.

She stated that the reason she decided to reveal this part of her was because people were so used to seeing most celebrities and popular figures in their best light, and she had decided to share this vulnerable moment with her followers and fans.

However, in surprising turn of events two years later, Maraji went ahead  share that her husband was the ex who had dumped her for another woman in an online Q&A with her fans. People were so shocked when she revealed that her current husband, with whom she shares two kids, is the same man who had dumped her back in 2020 for another woman.

With the current news of her husband dating other women, many people are of the opinion that she deserves better.
