Nigerian Afrobeat singer Omah Lay shares the valuable lesson he learnt from Justin Bieber.
The singer who has enjoyed massive growth in his musical career since his breakout into the music industry and is known for his particular pattern of singing which is now been called ‘afrodepression’ by many of his fans.
In a recent interview on ‘Adesope podcast,’ Omah Lay shared that he learnt a valuable lesson on how to just be a normal person regardless of his celebrity status from Justin Bieber.
Recall that the Afrobeat singer had featured Justin Bieber in the remix of his song ‘Attention’ which is one out of many song in his ‘Boy Alone’ album.
He revealed that his feature with Justin Bieber is a moment he can never forget, mostly because of the lessons he learnt from him.
The Port Harcourt-born superstar has collaborated with many international acts like with Latino megastar Ozuna on ‘Soso’ remix but he noted that his feature with Justin Bieber brought them closer.
Speaking on the death of singer Mohbad, Omah Lay stated that the news of his death broke his heart and he admonished people to always live in the moment and cherish every second of their lives because when they are no more they will only get condolences on Instagram.
