Peter Obi travels to Cairo to study Egypt’s power, education 

Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra State and the Labour Party (LP) presidential flag bearer in the 2023 general election, has flown out of Nigeria for a 3-days visit to Egypt to study among others, the Egyptian Power Sector, Education, Planning and Finance Sectors.

Obi announced this on his Twitter page on Tuesday, and also shared photos of himself at the airport, saying he is embarking on the trip as part of his determination to do a detailed study of comparable countries to

He wrote, “I just departed for Egypt on a 3-day visit as part of my detailed study of comparable countries to Nigeria. In Egypt, I am expected to understudy, among others, the Egyptian Power Sector, Education, Planning and Finance Sectors. -PO.”

Recall that there is an ongoing nationwide mass movement underway among young Nigerians across the country to mobilize grassroots awareness and support for Peter Obi as their preferred choice for President of Nigeria.

The labour party (LP) presidential candidate has earlier urged Nigerian youths to get their PVC regarding the forthcoming 2023 election.

A tweet earlier,  “I am a Nigerian running to serve every Nigerian. I urge a show of respect for every candidate, tribe, religion, and person.”
