Popular Nigeria skit maker and content creator, Lawal Micheal aka Nasboi, announces the loss of his only brother as he grieves.

Nasboi posted a teary picture of himself on his Instagram page with a caption to let fans know he lost his only brother at the age of 20yrs, according to the post he lost his brother on the 29th of July 2023.

“Death took my only brother last night. He was only 20. God knows best.” Nasboi wrote.

Nasboi also posted a picture of his teary self on his Instagram story noting that he who makes people laugh is now the one crying.

In his words, “Na me wey dey make people laugh, na me dey cry.”

His label record has sent out a press release requesting for privacy for him as he deals with the loss and requests that fans and supporters keep praying for him.

“ we are sudden by the early demise of Nasboi’s younger brother. As painful as it is we appreciate everyone’s concerns and condolences. We kindly ask that Nasboi be given privacy to carry out this period of mourning as this is a big blow that will need a lot of processing and acknowledgment. Continue sending in your prayers and love, we know that real soon Nasboi will bounce back at his feet to make good music and continue fulfilling his purpose in life”.
