Premier League: Brentford 4-0 Manchester United 

Manchester United suffered a humiliating 4-0 defeat at Brentford in Premier League history as Erik ten Hag’s side barely laid a glove on Saturday.

David de Gea let Josh DaSilva’s shot slip straight through his hands to get the Bees off the mark as Ronaldo appealed in vain for a foul.

Brentford manager Thomas Frank, who spoke to the media after the game declared it was “not a 4-0 game” despite the scoreline.
