Social media users are mocking Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, for his prayers towards his fellow actress, Regina Daniels, and her husband, Ned Nwoko, on their wedding anniversary.
According to a report by Wakadaily, Regina and Ned recently celebrated their 5th anniversary, with Regina expressing her happiness and gratitude for the past 5 years.
Many celebrities also commented on their post, wishing them a happy anniversary.
Yul also joined in and posted a picture of the couple on his Instagram, expressing his congratulations on their wedding anniversary.
He hoped for more years of happiness for them and wished for increased joy, peace, and success.
However, many internet users mocked him in the comments, pointing out that he aspires to live like Ned Nwoko but lacks the financial means to support such a lifestyle.
Smart Official commented, “This was the kind of polygamous family Yul ordered but he no get money”.
One, Tipura Tee commented, “This polygamy is different from yours. Stop relating respectful polygamy to your shameful polygamy”.
Another person, Doris Story Time commented, “The life you wanted Pastor Yul, sapa no gree. Ned didn’t pregnant Regina before marrying her. You cheated till your olosho got pregnant”.
And, Mohrach237 commented, “This is what you imagined in your head but you forgot your account balance couldn’t permit you to”.
Also, Plantgum1 commented, “The polygamy you wished for that sapa said No”.
Lerrand Andrie Nice commented, “Deep down Yul wants to marry as many wives as Ned Nwoko”.
Yul Edochie, once a beloved actor in Nigeria, has lost public admiration due to impregnating and marrying his junior colleague without the support of his family or his first wife’s approval.
He attempted to force his first wife into polygamy, but she refused and filed for divorce, seeking damages of N100m.
Despite the backlash, Yul remains unfazed and recently addressed his haters, expressing that he is still successful and thriving despite being constantly criticized for over two years. He stated that negative comments do not affect him.
Yul and his wife, Judy, released a video addressing their critics and haters, showing that they are not affected by public perception.
Surprisingly, Don Jazzy shared the video on his Instagram page, praising their love and considering it beautiful.
