Senator Kingibe boosts education sector with free UTME forms 

Senator Ireti Kingibe, representing the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, has given 2000 Unified Tertiary and Matriculation Examination, UTME, forms to interested Peoples.

This was issued in a statement, in Abuja on Sunday by her Special Assistant on Media, Mbele Kennedy.

The gesture comes two months after the examination body hiked the registration fee for the 2024 UTME to N7,700.

The JAMB examination is planned to start from April 24 to 29, 2024.

The statement partly read, “The free forms are meant for students who cannot afford them, irrespective of their tribe, religion, party affiliation among others. Senator Kingibe urges potential beneficiaries to study hard and ensure good conduct not just in the examination hall but also when admitted into the university.

She also wishes beneficiaries and indeed, all candidates for the 2024 JAMB examination success.

The FCT lawmaker reaffirmed her promise for more interventions in the education sector, explaining that they are part of her Impact Development Programmes in her Abuja constituency.”
