Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has showed gratitude to God for helping her through her down moment’s.
On her Instagram page,she had shared new photos, the movie star who has been keeping a low profile for years now, thanked her creator for not letting her look like what she has been going through.
“Thank God!! We don’t look like what we have been through”.

Recall that , in 2022, Halima was confided to bed after her dispute with Apostle Johnson Suleman. Her family had even come to social media to ask the clergyman to leave her alone.
However, many declared that the actress was battling an immune system illness. Contrary to the rumors, Halima shared her medical report which was ignored as many still justified that the report doesn’t prove anything different.
Also remember that in November of 2023, Halima Abubakar made her first public appearance in kogi state, as she stepped out all glammed up, for the Governorship election.
Posting photos and clips online, she revealed how elated she felt, to be back in her State as she stated how it was her first outing in 2 years. With a heart of gratitude to her maker, she appreciated Him for being there up for her.
Boom,this year, Halima is starting all over, as she revealed her return to the movie industry, leaving her fans excited to see her back to Nollywood.
Apart from her return to Nollywood, Halima is currently facing an order from the High Court to pay Apostle Johnson Suleman N10m as damages. The court had also placed her on hold, from further writing or saying any defamatory statements against him and is to take back her statement against the clergyman on her Instagram page.
The pastor had filed a suit against her, demanding N1 billion as damages after she defamed him as she confessed of allegedly having an intimate relationship with him.
