The spiritual leader of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, has been reported to have passed away.
The Prophet has been reported to have died Sunday morning at about 10am in his Ilorin home, the Kwara state capital.
Prophet Samuel AKA Baba Aladura was 103 age and have been a great leader to the Cherubim and Seraphim movement.
His death has been confirmed by the church’s Secretary-General, Special Apostle Ademola Odetundun.
Narrating the prophet’s last moment, Odetundun said the deceased had his breakfast, and while dressing up for service, when he opted to take a rest.
A statement by Odetundun said: “He passed on peacefully, thereafter.”
He further disclosed that the burial arrangement of the spiritual father would be announced later.
Baba Aladura, as the late Prophet was popularly called, was born on June 26 as a Prince at Omu Aran, Irepodun Local Government of Kwara State.
His father was Odetundun Abegunde, Oba Olomu of Omu Aran, which was in Ilorin Province at the time.
