Tobacco firm applaudes Nigerian workers

Nigerian workers have been congratulated by Japan Tobacco International Nigeria for their creativity and pursuit for excellence,which the firm claimed to have led to it’s growth recently.

In a statement made by the firm, stating that it better to remain committed to creating a conducive work environment that would allow “brilliant people to be creative and nurture the best possible culture that embraces diversity and individual development, thereby allowing them to reach their full potential.”

The company has alot of employees in more than 130 countries, the company is part of JTI Worldwide and has won accolades for maintaining employee quality around the world.

Thomas Adams, the General Manager of JTI Nigeria, stated that the company operated at the limelight of the tobacco industry with its employees at the center of its mission.

The general manager stated that the JTI has provided equal opportunities for career development to individuals to support greater diversity and inclusion wherever it operated and advanced employee well-being.
