Eniola Ajao, the Yoruba actress and filmmaker responsible for the movie Ajakaju, shared her sadness on Instagram about Bobrisky’s detention by the EFCC.
Eniola Ajao wrote a long and compassionate message;
“Woke up very sad & My thoughts and prayers are with Bobrisky this morning. He has been very supportive. He should not be going through any issue as a result of the movie. Maybe I should not title the sequel of @ajakajumovie Ajakaju.
The gbas-gbos since the premiere and the cinema runs started are on another level; it is another Nollywood story on its own. I pray Bobrisky (Mummy of Lagos) gets home safely. Please EFCC, help us.
We have learned our lessons; we will do better and stop spraying money. We will only do transfers A Please show me love by going to cinemas across Nigeria; #ajakajuthemovie (Beast of two worlds) is still showing.”
In Eniola Ajao’s post about Bobrisky, there are hints of guilt. She stated that Bobrisky should not be facing any problems because of the movie. It is worth remembering that Bobrisky caused a stir a few weeks ago when he received the best dressed female award at the Ajakaju movie premiere. This angered many internet users, including Portable, who even released a song insulting him. Eniola Ajao possibly believes that this incident led to Bobrisky’s arrest.
Eniola Ajao managed to promote her movie subtly in her post, even though she expressed sympathy towards Bobrisky. She encouraged her fans to go and watch the movie in theaters while also hinting at a potential sequel by mentioning that it will not be titled Ajakaju.
Regarding what will happen to Bobrisky wakadaily previously stated that the decision on his case has been postponed to a future date, and currently, he is required to stay in EFCC custody as per the court’s order.
