Why men should have sex at least 21 times a month – Dr Rasheed

Popular Nigerian doctor, Rasheed Adedapo has explained the importance of sexual activities in man’s life.

Dr Rasheed urged men to have sexual intercourse at least 21 times a month to help reduce their risk of prostate cancer.

“Prostate cancer is a common type of cancer in males, but it is highly treatable in the early stages, it begins in the prostate gland, which sits between the penis and the bladder,” Medical News Today noted.

Rasheed disclosed this in a recent interview Classic FM. According to him, men are prone to prostrate cancer if they do not sexually satisfy themselves because their prostrate will enlarge if there is no action that takes place frequently.

He referenced a physiological concept, noting, “If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

The doctor advised men to convince their partners to engage in regular intimate activities.

However, the host countered him as he stressed that it was impossible for a man, especially in Nigeria, to engage in sexual activity that frequently, especially if they are not eating enough.

Researchers at Harvard University earlier suggest that men should ejaculate at least 21 times a month in order to reduce their risk of prostate cancer.
