The Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, hosted the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi in Port Harcourt on Friday.

Obi also shared photographs of the meeting with the caption, “Earlier today, I visited @GovWike in Port Harcourt. As usual, I was very well received with genuine warmth and fraternal affection. Naturally, we discussed issues germane to national interest and nation-building. -PO.”
The presidential candidate earlier visited the Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde, for consultation ahead of the 2023 general elections.
He said, “I was at Ibadan, and I visited my brother and friend, HE @seyiamakinde, the Governor of Oyo State as part of my consultations ahead of the 2023 general elections. We had very frank and constructive discussions. -PO.”
