Grammy-award-winning singer, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has revealed his intentions to put smiles on surulere children’s face this Christmas.
The superstar stunned the internet with his recent altruistic plans to donate a whopping sum to N100 million to children this Christmas in honour of his late mum, Juliana Morayo Balogun.
Wizkid disclosed this in a post on his Instagram story on Monday, stating that the distribution will commence this evening from the Surulere area of Lagos State.
The Joro hit marker wrote, “100M for the kids for Christmas! Lord bless us all 😇 start in Surulere tonight!
“All in Morayo’s name! The love of my life! ❤
Recall that the singer’s mother, Mrs Balogun passed away on August 18, 2023.
