Despite being rejected by her father-in-law, Nollywood actress and comedian Wofai Fada appears to have gained the affection of her mother-in-law.
A video from her traditional wedding, which has been circulating online, shows Wofai happily dancing with her mother-in-law, who clearly seems delighted to have her as an additional daughter.
Social media users have slammed her father-in-law for his negative reaction.

Not only her mother-in-law, but also her sister-in-law has shown her love despite her father-in-law’s rejection.
According to Wakadaily, her husband’s twin sister welcomed her into the family and congratulated her on her wedding.
She referred to Wofai as her sister in love and expressed that their union is blessed with love. She emphasized the importance of love in their relationship.
To recap, there was drama after Wofai announced her engagement to Taiwo Cole. Her in-laws released a statement disclaiming her marriage to their son.
They stated that no one is aware of any marriage and no permission was granted. They advised the public to disregard any information about the wedding.
In a leaked audio call, Wofai’s father-in-law expressed his surprise and disappointment about his son’s wedding.
He stated that he was never informed about it and was further upset by the fact that Wofai is 8 years older than his son.
Despite the disclaimer and drama, Wofai went ahead with the wedding. They had a grand traditional wedding in Cross River on May 4th.
