Early Life & Education
Ycee was born on 29th January 1993 in Festac town in Lagos state where he was raised.
He originated hails from Lagos state.
The singer had his elementary school at Dr. Soyemi Memorial Nursery and primary school, while he completed his secondary education at the Nigerian Navy School, Ojo, Lagos state.
He furthered his education by studying Marine Biology at the University of Lagos.
Career
Ycee started his music career as far back as 2012 when he began as an underground rapper before he got signed by Tinny entertainment.
Although he took some time off music after gaining admission into the University but made a comeback with the release of the single ‘Condo”.
He also released another single “Jagaban” which brought him to the limelight having enjoyed massive airplay, including Olamide who requested to feature in the remix.
