Grammy award-winning singer Burna Boy has issued a warning to those who are eagerly seeking his opinion on the ongoing dispute between Wizkid and Davido.

Couple of weeks back, social media was buzzing with excitement as the two superstar singers engaged in dispute  online.

Wizkid had provoked Davido by sharing a humiliating video of Davido begging a woman, presumably for sexual favors.

Wizkid shared the video on social media while interacting with his fans who were pressuring him to release new music, suggesting that they should beg him just like Davido did.

In response, Davido blast Wizkid, calling him a sick individual and accusing him of being abusive towards women.

He also pleaded with Wizkid to respond to him, and Wizkid did so by using the same embarrassing video that Davido had used to shame him.

Now, Burna Boy has spoken up about the situation, stating that people would regret it if he were to get involved.

He informed them that he is focused on his own business and staying on his own path.

“Everybody want make I talk; if I talk now, people go begin cry. Be careful what you wish for. You don’t understand. Odogwu is quiet; he is leading on a different path. If I begin talk now, una go begin cry”.

Cynthia Morgan commented that she believed Davido would brush off Wizkid’s tweet and thought it would be crazy if he didn’t respond.

However, she doesn’t blame Davido for replying. Talent manager Paulo Okoye expressed disappointment in both of them and urged them to stop, calling their actions shameful.

Celebrity designer Toyin Lawani warned those getting involved in the beef that they would appear foolish.

Music producer Samklef took Wizkid’s side, stating that without him, artists like Davido wouldn’t have a platform and that Wizkid was the reason why young people are making music today.

Big Brother Naija winner Phyna also sided with Wizkid, affectionately calling him her “Popsy” and expressing her love for him.
