Superstar singer David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has confirmed that he will be getting married to Chioma Rowland.

Blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus previously announced that the couple would have a traditional wedding on June 25th at Eko Hotel in Lagos.

Sources say that both families are excited about the event, as it will bring them closer together.

Davido, who is currently in London, confirmed the news while speaking with celebrity pastor Tobi Adegboyega, urging someone in the crowd to be present in Nigeria for his wedding on June 25th.

“Guy, you have to come to Nigeria on the 25th, it’s my wedding”.

In November 2022, Davido and Chioma secretly got married after the tragic death of their son.

The traditional wedding took place at Davido’s father’s house and was attended by only a few close family friends.

Cameras were not allowed, and Chioma’s bride price was fully paid.

In January 2023, Davido completed the payment of Chioma’s bride price (Umunna) in Ezeala Odu, Imo state.

Photos and videos shared online showed Chioma’s father performing the Umunna and Umuada rites.

In a March interview, Davido confirmed his marriage and happily displayed his wedding ring. He revealed that he got married during his break.
