Amidst the struggles and cries of netizens to get justice for late singer Mohbad, Zinolesky, a signee of the Marlian Music record label gets two shows canceled in one day.
Zinolesky who was a co-signee with Mohbad in Marlian Music Records which is owned by Naira Marley has gotten himself entangled in the ongoing controversies.
A show promoter released a statement a few minutes ago canceling a proposed show that was supposed to be headlined by Zinolesky on the 30th of September.
The statement reads:
“It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year’s VIBESLAND CONCERT SERIES featuring ZINOLEESKY live in New York City (scheduled to take place September 30th,
2023) at Palladium Times Square. We know that this will come as an enormous disappointment, not only to the exhibitors, buyers, and industry professionals who were due to attend the show but also to the audience in the community looking forward to the planned event.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly and there are overriding concerns in the community that have caused us to make this decision at this time. We apologize to everyone affected by this. All tickets purchased will be refunded at the point of purchase.MANAGEMENT”
A US show promoter has also been reported to have taken a decision based on the ongoing case that the Zinolesky tour would no longer hold and that a new date would be released as things unfold while giving their excuse to be “unforeseen circumstances” which many people believe it has something to do with the ongoing controversies surrounding Mohbad death.
