2023:  I’m still searching for best candidate to support, BBNaija Erica

Former Big Brother Naija season five edition housemate, Erica Nlewedim, has said she is still searching for the best candidate to support for the 2023 presidential election.

The reality star actress made this known via her Twitter page on Friday, she asked those telling her to support a particular candidate to give her reason.

She wrote, “You guys are not giving reasons why, you’re simply imposing your own choice. Tell me why.

According to her, “Interest has to be there to go on research mode, first step is reading summaries then the interest will build. And you know 90% of voters are not even doing research, let them see reasons too.

The actress further urged her colleagues to participate in the forthcoming general election, stating that the the society’s advice celebrities to stay away from politics, so as not to be used as scapegoats, which hasn’t yielded any positive outcome for them.

He wrote, “The advice to celebrities is to stay away from politics cos we’re the ones who will be used as scapegoats but we’ve been staying away and the situation has been getting worse so I’m no longer staying away. Still making up my mind on who’s the best for the job!

After declareing her intention to participate in politics henceforth, but still wondering who’s best for the job.

She said, “We have one person we the youths don’t want! And then we have the other two, but what truly makes one better than the other? Who’s actually going to make a difference?”
