Moses Felix Ofegor Famously known as S.K.Y-HB is a Fast Rising Nigerian Singer, Songwriter, and Recording Artist.
S.K.Y-HB has become a house name and his ability to release potential hit songs that cannot be questioned. He released his First Debuted Single “Enter”.
In this interview, S.K.Y-HB speaks on how he discovered his passion for Music at a young age, his Manager, and as well as challenges as a Musician.
Tell us about your background and education
I was Born on the 1st of October 1998, in Iguye Community in Edo State to the Family of Mr. Ogidigbo Moses and Mrs. Ogidigbo Comfort, who originally Hails from Emevor Isoko North LGA. in Delta State Nigeria, My Dad and Mum are Both Farmers. I attended Umaza Primary School in Benin City, Edo State, and then proceeded to Victory Academy Secondary school, Delta state.
I couldn’t Further my Higher Institution after my secondary school Education because of Finance.
For how long have you been in the music industry and how has it been?
I have been in the industry for a couple of years now.
I started doing music when I was 11 years old but I wasn’t serious about it, I worked briefly as a DJ for about a year and some years later, I found myself writing songs upon songs I was so serious and I can’t do anything well if I haven’t sung a song for a day,
After that I started recording with my Android phone, whenever I play it for my friends and relatives they will all say I’m a good singer but there was no money for Studio Sessions and Promotion or anyone to help me.
So I relocated to Lagos in 2021 where I met the CEO of JSL NATION, MR. SHONDE JOSEPH OLAWALE.
That was when I release my first song, the same year I met with my manager JSL NATION titled ENTER.
What are the Challenges you face as a musician?
The Journey has never been easy at all, Especially when you are Independent Artist that Struggles to Raise Money.
But I thank God because my mother trained me never to give up,
so giving up wasn’t ideal.
Where Do you see yourself in the Next 2 years and Which Project are you Working on Currently?
I never want to see myself standing in one spot, so I’m hoping to see myself always winning from now on, and I’ll make my country proud of me and give all my fans the very best of me also everlasting happiness.
Lastly, I’m Currently working on my new project titled BOSS BOSS to be Released on the 23rd of April 2022 under JSL NATION, After this, I’m going to be dropping songs back to back, I hope to work with some notable names in the industry. My First Release Single ENTER is available and still trending in all digital platforms.
I am also currently working on my EP to be dropped later this year, He Said.
