Grammy award-winning music star, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid reportedly lost one of his expensive rings at his concert in the United Kingdom on Saturday night.

Big Wizzy as he is fondly called mistakenly threw his diamond ring worth millions of naira while trying to fling his jacket to the crowd at his sold-out event at Tottenham Stadium in London.

The ring is worth £100,000, about N99 million naira.

This was disclosed by popular British-Nigerian podcaster, Adesope Olajide in an Instagram live today.

Olajide expressed regret for leaving the front row when the ring fell.

He wrote: “Why did I leave that front [row at Wizkid’s show] when that ring was about to fall? Ah! I have caught Zlatan and Diamond Platnumz’s rings before. These are thousands of pounds and dollars.

“Obviously, the Wiz ring, that would have been the one. I’m honest. I could sell it for like £100k”.
