Nigerian musician Raoul John Njeng-Njeng popularly known as Skales, reveals he doesn’t have faith in the Nigerian justice system.

He made this known while speaking recently on the Terms and Conditions podcasts, Skales stated that justice doesn’t exist in the country, and he went on to stress that justice is only managed to be attained in Nigeria when the masses are in the know of what is going on.

Recall that Wakadaily had reported that the singer had called out the Economic and Financial Crime Commission ( EFCC) for raiding his house without a warrant at an ungodly house, with his wife and newborn baby in the house.

The commission had responded to the call out saying that their officials were never present at the singer’s house, but had quickly changed their statement as they later announced that they had gone to raid the singer’s house due to intelligence information and had arrested two internet fraudsters at his house.

Skales had now made this statement referring to the situation.

He said, “There’s no justice here. I don’t believe in justice in Nigeria, if you check my tweets, I said ‘Who am I going to report to?’ All I believe is that if the people know what’s going on, that’s when justice works. Guess what they would have gotten away with this if I hadn’t spoken if I didn’t speak up and that day was just bad business for them because they did not know that it was Skales’ house that they were going to. When they came and asked whose house it was my boys told them that it was Skales maybe that’s why they came to my room to confirm. So imagine if I was not Skales, what would have happened?”.

Skales during the interview revealed that among the two guys arrested one was his signee, he also disclosed that his signee had not been released since then, and no charges were levied against him.
