‘Hate him or love him, he is one of the greatest music icons’ 2baba praises Burna Boy

Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, who is more commonly known as 2baba or 2face, has praised the talented musician Burna Boy.

As the ongoing debate about who is the most prominent among Burna Boy, Davido, and Wizkid continues, 2baba has expressed his opinion by praising Burna.

He acknowledged the singer’s hard work, accomplishments, and his status as a significant figure in the music industry. 2baba emphasized that regardless of whether people admire or dislike Burna, it doesn’t alter the truth. He also gave recognition to those who have supported Burna Boy in pursuing his dreams.

“Call this my talk anything u like.

This young man has worked, proven, and stamped himself as one of the greatest music icons.Hate him or love him. E no go change fact. Kudos to everyone that is part of making this fact happen.

Oluwa Burnafide”.

2baba’s statement is not an overstatement, as the Grammy-winning singer has brought immense pride to Nigeria, surpassing other nations.

Among prominent American and British figures, he was the sole African artist to be featured on the official cover of the Grammy for 2024.

The previous year, he gained attention when he took the stage prior to the beginning of the UEFA Champions League final. The singer delighted soccer fans with an exciting show, singing some of his popular songs, including the internationally successful Last Last.

After his performance, Burna Boy expressed his feeling of being extremely successful and on top of the world.

In addition, the singer made history by selling out a venue with a capacity of 80,000 in London, effectively shutting down the city with his concert. He also achieved a significant milestone by becoming the first African artist to perform at the Billboard Music Awards.

Furthermore, Terry G expressed his admiration for Burna Boy by declaring him to be bigger than Wizkid and Davido. He emphasized that Burna Boy is the top artist in both the African and international music scenes. Terry G crowned him as the King and suggested that Wizkid and Davido still have much to learn in comparison.
