Nollywood actress, Sarah Martins has called out Omowunmi, the widowed wife of Mohbad, the late singer.
Mentioning that she is a foolish widow, she asked why a widow would be scared of doing a DNA and thought if she doesn’t want to clear her good name and protect the standards her late husband left behind.
The actress stated how her elder sister was disrespecting and demeaning her late husband, who she claimed to love, still, she allowed it and did nothing. Sarah confesses that at the level which things were going, Wunmi is definitely faking everything , as she stated that some women out there are foolish and cowards.
As she threw a question at wunmi,
“When did you move from mourning Mohbad to mocking Mohbad?????
I am so disappointed at you!
Kai!!!!”.
“At this point,wunmi is doing too much !
kai! some women no get sense true true…your kwashiorkor sister had the effontry to boldly come online to accuse your so called beloved late husband of giving you series of infections when he was alive and you allowed it ??
why are you scared to do DNA tho?
if i were you ,i would have done it long ago to clear my name and protect the legacy of my late husband”
Remember that mohbad’s death, was accompanied by a quest for a DNA, to be done on his son Liam, to dictate if truely he is his father’s son, Mohbad’s father had also supported the movement in which Cynthia morgan agreed on.
Wunmi, asserted that her father in-law get a court order for a DNA test to be conducted, shockingly she made a retreat sooner than expected, as she made it clear that she would not involve in any DNA test for her son. Stating reasons, Omowunmi answered boldly that no one has the right to force her into it as she added that her son would never be manipulated like his dad mohbad.
Acting towards this , actress, Charity Nnaji stated , Nigerian men are suspects if they support Mohbad’s wife. She pondered over why Wunmi would love to go through that kind of pressure, when there are other ways out ,in order to avoid the pressure and public disgrace.
As a backbone for wunmi, actress, Ifemeludike advised her not to feel less of herself and to speak up and stand her ground. Ifemeludike asked her not to do DNA tests to prove any point and to raise her son.
However Omowunmi recently cried out in an Instagram live, as she questioned why Nigerians were going to allow what happened to her husband happen to her and her son Liam, She stated that she and her son are at Nigerians’ mercy as she stated her life is been threatened daily and has been robbed of her freedom and peace.
Asking for help, she stated that she is determined to seek justice for her mohbad and stand for their son, and hence and has refused to remain silent until the truth is out and justice, plus accountability is served.
