Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has confronted her fellow actress, Ruby Ojiakor, for accusing their colleagues regarding the death of Junior Pope.
Few hours ago, the popular movie star from Asaba, who was a close friend of the deceased, posted on her Instagram page to blast Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie that caused his death and the deaths of others.
She stated that Baba Rex is exploiting Junior Pope’s death for content on Instagram, while Adanma Luke is supposedly spreading the word that he begged her for a job instead of mourning his loss.
Engaging with the commenter, Uche confronted her for blaming them. Uche emphasized that people grieve in different ways and assured her that they all loved Junoir Pope and were deeply affected by his passing. Uche advised her to refrain from accusing others since she couldn’t truly understand their emotions.
“Ruby, stop pointing fingers at people, my darling sister. People mourn differently, Asa. We all loved JP, and we all feel deeply hurt for losing him. Stop accusing people because you can’t truly see the true heart of men. May JPs soul and the souls of all the departed find true everlasting peace in God Almighty. I love you, Girl, be strong”.
It is not unexpected that Uche Ogbodo slammed Ruby, considering that she previously defended producer Adanma Luke, whose film resulted in the death of the actor.
Uche argued that Adanma was simply caught in unfortunate circumstances and questioned why people were demanding her arrest.
She emphasized that Adanma is a young woman working hard to support herself and her family.
In another post, she expressed that Adanma is the strongest woman she knows and prayed for her to continue shining.
To refresh your memory, Junior Pope tragically lost his life by drowning in the Anam River in Anambra State on April 8th while returning from a movie set.
The actor was finally laid to rest in his hometown of Ukehe, Enugu State in May, with the presence of Destiny Etiko, KCee, E-Money, Zubby Michael, Benson Okonkwo, Chinwe Owoh, Rita Edochie, Uche Nnanna, Queen Wokoma, Ruby Ojiakor, and many others.
