Reactions as Ruby Ojiakor slam Baba Rex, Adanma Luke

Nollywood actress Ruby Ojiakor recently caused mixed reactions by slamming some of her colleagues over the death of Junior Pope.

The Asaba movie star, who was a close friend of the deceased, took to her Instagram page to call out Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie that caused his death and others.

Ruby pointed out that Baba Rex was using Junior Pope’s death for content on Instagram, while Adanma Luke was allegedly more focused on talking about how he begged her for a job instead of grieving him.

Ruby also said that she went to church to specifically pray for him.

“I came to pray specifically for you. “SUPER STAR (AKPA SWAG) Your Legacy will never be forgotten.

I also want to let you know that BABAREX @babarex0, your own man” has started using what happened to you as content ohhhhhhhh. Everybody dey find their belle, no one cares, if only you listened to me

Again, @adanmaluke, instead of feeling guilty for what happened to you and others, she was busy telling the whole world how you were begging her for jobs. I believe you can now understand better how w/cked the world is…

May the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of Christ …

Her statement on the internet has generated a variety of responses.

Some people praised her for boldly confronting others, while others highlighted the irony of her engaging in the same behavior she is criticizing Baba Rex for.

Uyiosa commented, “Your own content is more annoying! You are showing Jesus his picture on your phone? Really”.

One, Suzie Baibee commented, “The fact that she tagged them with her full chest tho. I love it”.

Another person, Somma Promise commented, “I love the fact that she tagged them. This world ehn, choose your friends well because if you die your own don finish. In fact otilor for you. May his soul keep resting”.

And, Verygudbadgul2112 commented, “And she forgot to add Ruby Ojiakor is now chasing clout with his demise. What’s with the camera light action?

Also, Queeneth London commented, “Why would Rex make such an insensitive video though by the River smh”.

Another person, Yuljudy4eva commented, “I support Ruby; they’re too fake in that industry. Burial he didn’t attend but rushed to make content”.

And, Seerah Love commented, “Ruby is the only person that genuinely cared and mourned JP’s death. The rest were chasing clout. Continue to rest in peace, JP”.

Also, Chinny 005 commented, “But she’s doing the exact same thing, all na content”.

Successful Bella commented, “Even you sef dey use him as content”.

Junior Pope tragically lost his life by drowning in the Anam River in Anambra State while coming back from a movie set on April 8th.

He was laid to rest in his hometown of Ukehe, Enugu State in May, with many celebrities in attendance.

Nosa Rex, better known as Baba Rex, celebrated his birthday in May, acknowledging that they would have celebrated together if he was still alive.

Adanma Luke expressed her trauma and guilt for not being on the boat with them and clarified that she had provided life jackets for her brother’s children.

She also addressed false allegations against her and emphasized her active collaboration with the families to provide financial support.

She blasted director TC Okafor for using Junior Pope’s death for personal gain.
