Nigerian music star Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy has been conferred with the award of member of the order of the Federal Republic (MFR), on Tuesday.
Popular female singer Teniola Apata, well known as Teni was also conferred with the award of memebef of the order of the Federal Republic.
President Muhammadu Buhari presented the 437 nominees for the National Awards with their awards in a ceremony that held at the Government House Villa in Aso Rock on 11th October 2022.
The Afrobeats Grammy Award winner, was one of the 75 individuals presented with the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic award.
Teni was present at the event, while Burna Boy’s father received the award on behalf of his son.
