Dr. Ify Aniebo Rhodes-Vivour, the wife of Labour Party’s governorship candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, has calls out the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu over the speech of the MC Oluomo.
Wakadaily earlier report that in a video making round online, Oluomo was heard threatening Lagosians who will not vote for APC to stay at home on election day.
He told his people that they know what to do if they noticed they are losing.
According to him, “Yorubas should go out early and vote first..stay behind to monitor events. We have apologised to them, and they said they have accepted our apologies..but if you notice you’re no longer in the lead, you know what to do.”
Reacting to his threats speech Rhodes-Vivour’s Wife urged Sanwo-Olu to call his thugs to order.
Sharing the video of MC Oluomo threatening voters on her Twitter page, Ify Rhodes-Vivour wrote, “This man can confidently threaten voters because he is state backed. This isn’t the first video of him threatening voters but somehow, he still has not been arrested. @jidesanwoolu call your thugs to order. This is a democracy not a dictatorship. @BenHundeyin do your job!”.
