Destiny Etiko, a popular actress in the Nigerian film industry, has responded to a post made by her fellow actor, Zubby Michael, who was mourning the recent death of Junior Pope.
Junior Pope had passed away two weeks prior, and Zubby Michael expressed his grief in his post.
Destiny Etiko, in response, left multiple crying emojis in the comment section of his post.
Benson Okonkwo, the actor, expressed his disbelief and shock at the news of his death. He also prayed that none of us would experience such an untimely demise.
“Am still in shock untimely death will never be our portion”, he commented.

Junior Pope and five others tragically lost their lives in a drowning incident at Anam River. Netizens criticized Zubby Michael, who was the best man at Junior Pope’s wedding, for not publicly mourning his death.
In response to the criticism, Zubby told his critics to calm down, explaining that not everything needs to be shared online.
Angela Okorie also joined in the criticism, stating that Zubby would never make a post about Junior Pope’s death because he is focused on becoming the top actor in Nollywood.
She pointed out that Zubby was Junior Pope’s best man, yet he didn’t acknowledge him after his passing. Angela criticized Zubby for his envy and obsession with being number one, and even cursed him.
