Fausat Balogun Early Life and Education
Fausat Balogun was born and raised in Kwara State, Nigeria, where she was hail from.
She grew up in a polygamous family, and her mother was the second wife of her father.
She attended her primary education at St. Paul’s Anglican School, in Idofian, Kwara State, and her secondary education at the famous Queen Elizabeth Secondary School, in Ilorin, Kwara State.
After completing her secondary education, Balogun proceeded to Kwara State Polytechnic, where she obtained a National Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
She furthermore on her education at the Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State, where she obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies.
Fausat Balogun career
After schooling, she works in a several organization, including the Kwara State Government. Also, she had always been interested in acting, and in 1981, she made her debut in a stage play titled “Mafoluku.”
She went on to feature in other stage plays before she eventually joined the Nollywood industry in the early 1990s.
She has been featured in numerous Nollywood movies, both in English and Yoruba languages, and has won several awards for her exceptional performances.
