Celebrity chef and Guinness World Records holder Hilda Baci, speaks on being stereotyped as a beautiful young successful woman.
She revealed this while speaking on the ‘Big Friday Show’ with Reality TV show star and Instagram influencer Tacha.
Tacha on the show asked her how she felt about the stereotype faced by young successful women and if she faced been stereotype too.
“Like girls like us, we look very cute, and we’re putting in the work or making money, but most people decide to be blind towards that. Like, do you get stereotyped?” Tacha asked.
Responding to the question Hilda shared her own experience.
“Oh yes. All my life. I have been stereotyped all my life. More now. More now than before. I remember a particular award where I was like…they didn’t think that I had, you know, much to offer. I don’t know if that makes any sense.”
Hilda Baci is always doing things to prove that she is more than just a pretty face and body as she strives to break the stereotype surrounding her success.
A few days back she had joined a campaign to get youths reading by partnering with her friend Enioluwa to donate thousands of books to youths.
She was currently a guest at the just concluded Unicef_nigeria conference on adolescent and youth health development focus on HPV vaccines and awareness.
