“I cast mind to those who made my journey an experience” – Toyin Abraham mention names hours after public letter to Funke Akindele

Few Hours after the intriguing public letter that stirred different reactions online, veteran actress Toyin Abraham has compiled a new list to thank those who were by her when she began her journey to fame.

The actress  displayed an image of herself with her long write up mentioning  the names of those who directed her, unlocked doors for her and went with her during the beginning of her career journey.

The Ijakumo star confessed she has them at heart and that they made her journey filled with lots of knowledge and easy to scale through.

Toyin Abraham listed the likes of Fathia Williams, Saidi Balogun, Opeyemi Aiyeola, Muyiwa Ademola, Femi Adebayo, Me Muyideeb, to mention but a few.

She aptly thanked Iyabo Ojo for making her journey an awesome one. She also shifted her  gratitude to the marketers, producers and directors who put their sweet and blood to see them bloom.

The actress went on to apologize for not being able to cover all names, but stated them that she takes nothing for granted.

“Today, as I begin the week. I cast my mind back to those who made the journey of my life easier. Those God sent my way to guide, open doors for me, pick me up and were there for me especially in the early days of the Yoruba movie industry.

From Aunty Bukky, Aunty Faithia, Uncle Saidi, Aunty Ope,uncle muyiwa,bro femi, mr muyideen, aunty bisi ,bro Afeez,bro bayo,my colleagues and those who were friends in those days to Aunty Iyabo @iyaboojofespris , you made my journey quite an experience. The marketers, producers and directors who put in the money and the sweat and some their blood, without you, we wouldn’t know the industry could be this big. Thank you.

Please I am not able to mention every name, please note that if you have been good to me or once close to me and you have contributed to this journey, I thank you. You were Godsent. Eyin na ma ba alanu pade.”

During the weekend, Toyin Abraham wrote a public letter to Funke Akindele over the drama which took down on their careers, and also on their personal lives.

She noted about how fan fights stirred  unnecessary drama and fights between them and congratulated her for acquiring the one billion landmark in the cinema.

The movie star, funke akindele in turn reacted and wished her all the best.
