I was Tinubu’s classmate at Chicago State University – Ogunsanya claims (Video)

A public affairs analyst, Durojaiye Ogunsanya has revealed that he was president Bola Tinubu’s classmate at Chicago State University, United States of America.

Recall that Tinubu’s credentials had been controversial in Nigeria, particularly among opposition parties over his inability to point to any of his classmates while at the institution.

However, Ogunsanya during an interview with TVC News, claimed that him and president Tinubu graduated the same year from the Chicago State University in 1979.

According to him, “We met in the school, Chicago State University and we were in the same department, College of Accounting Business and Administrative with a major in Accounting and we were in the same class together and we graduated.

“He did attend the University and he graduated in 1979 in the same year as I did. I am here to testify that he did attend University and he was a good student.
“I’m here with my Diploma, for the world to see. We graduated together from the university, I just want to set the record straight not for any gain or favour”.

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the February 25th election had approached the court in the US, seeking access to the credentials of Tinubu at Chicago.
