The Yoruba Nollywood industry is once again grieving the loss of one of their experienced actors, Dayo Adewunmi, who is better known as Sule Suebebe.
According to reports, the actor passed away in the early hours of Wednesday morning, June 12th, at a hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The news of his death was shared by Pastor Ademola Amusan, also known as Agbala Gabriel, an Ibadan-based cleric who had been taking care of the actor during his illness.
Pastor Amusan expressed his deep sadness over the actor’s demise and offered prayers for his soul to rest in peace.
“It’s a pity, Baba Suebebe died at a hospital this morning. May his gentle soul rest in perfect peace”.

Just few months ago, Sule Suebebe became a homeowner and received a generous gift of a new house from Pastor Gabriel.
Videos circulating online showed the veteran actor, who was wheelchair-bound, expressing gratitude and offering prayers to the pastor and his congregation in his new home.
Before his passing, Suebebe made a heartfelt plea to the women he had wronged in his younger years.
He acknowledged his past behavior, admitting that he had hurt many people with his reckless and carefree lifestyle, particularly during his time as a musician.
The emotional video captured Suebebe taking responsibility for his past actions and sincerely seeking forgiveness.
