Socialite and businesswoman, Farida Abubakar Sobowale popularly known as House of Phareedah, was presented form taking her life by eyewitness on the third mainland yesterday August 17, 2023.

This action is as a result of the news of the socialite marriage breakup making rounds on social media.

Farida Sobowale is reported to have driven her car to a section of the bridge, came down from her car and tried to jump off the bridge but was accosted and prevented by road users.

Recall that the socialite had a very lavish wedding two months ago, the talk-of-town wedding ceremony was estimated to have cost over N100m and this was all taken care of by her.

It is on this note that the businesswoman is heartbroken that just after 2 months of marriage her husband, Demola left her for a side chick and she tried to take her life.

The single mother of three was warned by friends and associates not to remarry, but she cut ties with them and went ahead with the marriage.
