Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo who has been leading the fight for justice for the death of late Mohbad gives updates on the cases.

The mother of two who has taken it upon herself to fight for justice to be served, took to her Instagram page to give details on how far the investigation on the case is going as far as she knows.

She noted that the wife of the late singer has been interrogated three times contrary to what people are thinking, she also made it clear that she has not granted any interview as regards the death of her husband unlike other involved in the case.

Making it clear that interrogation is different from granting interviews, that the videos of her interrogation are with the police and anyone asking for it can get it from the authorities.

She made it known that the CCTV in Mohbad’s house was never fixed or connected, nor did it have a BVR or Hard disk.

She also gave an update on DJ Splash’s health conditions and revealed that he will be making a statement soon.

“Update on Mohbad’s case:
The case has been transferred to the DPP……Directorate of Public Prosecution, Ministry of Justice, while the police say they are still waiting on the toxicology results…
Mohbad’s remains have not yet been released,

Also, Mohbad’s wife has been interrogated 3 times to the best of my knowledge, 2 out of the 3times were the day you all saw Mohbad’s dad televised by the police in which they addressed the public on Mohbad’s case, later that same day Mohbad’s dad, mum, and wife was sent to Panti for interrogation and to write their statement, another day Mohbad’s wife was interrogated was the 21st of September 2023….. reason why Tonto and Senator Ishaku Abbo met her absences…
