Wife of late singer, Mohbad, Omowunmi has noted her wish that the DNA test demanded by her father-in-law, James Aloba will be conducted in Nigeria and abroad.
She said to grant his wish to ascertain the true paternity of her son Liam, the test must be conducted locally and internationally.
This was made known by actress Iyabo Ojo, who has been actively fighting for justice for the late singer.
The actress made this known on on Thursday during an Instagram live session on her page.
Recall that the father of the late singer had demanded for a DNA test to be conducted in his presence, warned that nobody should collect his son’s body without his authorisation, stressing that he wants justice.
His came statement was a reaction to actress Tonto Dike and singer Bella Shmurda had call on the Police to release Mohbad’s body for a befitting burial, saying his autopsy result was taking too long.
Responding to him, Iyabo Ojo revealed her private phone conversation with Wunmi on Thursday.
According to Iyabo, Wumi stated that her father in-law or his lawyers are yet to officially contact her and her lawyer for a DNA test.
She also made it know that the test would not be her financial responsibility, and insisted that the DNA test must also be conducted in Nigeria as well as abroad.
