Showcase yourself on your page, Don Jazzy advises upcoming artistes

Nigerian record producer, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has advised upcoming artistes to showcase their talent on their social media pages.

The founder and the CEO of Mavin Records revealed that three of his most recent signees, Ayra Starr, Boyspyce and Bayanni were discovered via their Instagram pages.

The music executive advised artists to show themselves on social media, sharing a screenshot of his first chat with the rising stars, he stated that he saw promising samples of their musical performances on their various pages, and then reached out to them.

He wrote, “Dear upcoming artistes, From these 3 screenshots you can see that I reached out to Ayra, Boyspyce and Bayanni myself. I won’t have reached out to them if I didn’t seen a sample of what they can do on their Instagram pages. For the umpteenth time, showcase yourself on your page. I know it seems uncool to post a lot. But then again you would be an uncool artist if it’s only your family that gets to hear your beautiful music till you give up”.

Wakadaily reported that, “The Mavin Records Boss announcement his new signee on his official Instagram handle on the 23rd of August 2022, as the latest addition to the leading record label with a Shares Lab-Themed Introduction Video Ft. Sabinus and Brain Jotter representing the fresh acts incubation process with the team, stating; “It’s that time again when we bring to you another young talent from the Mavin Academy. Meet BAYANNI. He has gone through a series of defining moments and is ready to be unveiled to the world.
