Popular comedian and actor Ayo Makun, popularly known as AY, has stated his stands on family as he goes through his separation from wife of over 20 years ,Mabel Makun.
The comedian, had taken to his Instagram page, to post a clip of him, his brothers Lanre and Yomi Casual and their wives, it was accompanied by a caption on the relevance of family. He noted that when things go sore, family is the only thing to hold on to.
He went on to add that, family members are the only people who’s got your back when you need help, most especially when the haters or critics follow a fake misconception about someone.
The lovely father of two showcased appreciation to God for the grace to have a good and objective family.
He wrote
“In times of test, family is always the best.
Family members are the people who have your back when you need support, especially when the completely CLUELESS crusaders follow a non-existent narrative. Thank you, Lord, for the opportunity to have a very good and objective family”.
Remember that in April, AY had announced the end of his almost 20-year marriage with Mabel, he poured out regrets for losing his home, and also accepted that he took wasn’t perfect and did compromising things while their marriage lingered.
Going on,he sternly warned against putting out fake narratives regarding him and his family, which he found toxic to his teenage daughter, and emphasized at the obvious fault from his wife.
Moreso,Mabel also opened up on her part, adding that her dreams of a marriage that will last forever had now taken a different path and asked that the Internet and the world to allow them privacy as they go through their new phase. She stated how many lies have been paraded about her, but she will respect her kids by not speaking her truth.
The divorce was followed by, Ayo Makun triggering the anger of many as he had taken to his Instagram page to show off the only important thing he got from his just ended marriage, which was his daughter, Michelle.
Lastly few weeks ago, the comedian had poured huge some of money on a brand new car, a Range Rover from J Bautos Machines.
