Stand up Nigerian comedian, Ayo Makun also known as AY has shared an important message, hours after his wife, Mabel Makun’s statement
Hours ago Wakadaily reported that the designer had spoken up her on her crashed marriage to the comedian, noting that her dreams of a lifelong marriage have now taken a different path and she is committed to moving on with resilience and strength.
The designer ,who is also a mother of two, pleaded that the media and the internet allow her and her now ex husband the space in order for them to grow through the current stage of their lives. She also pointed out how many lies have been allerged against her and her family, and also the numerous attacks she choose not to address because of her children.
However, she made it known to the public that her quietness should be be misinterpreted and also her husband deserves some respect too. She also confessed that her children’s well being and mental stability is her altmost priority.
Moreover ,taking to his Instagram page, Ayo Makun shared a cryptic message, stating that this “Too Shall Pass”. Indirectly stating that,the critics and trauma that came with his broken marriage will pass away.
During the weekend, on Sunday night, AY confirmed the end of his almost 20-year relationship with Mabel Makun. The famous comedian confessed grief for losing a home he had taken almost 20 years to build and also accepted not being perfect during the course of his marriage.
However , he sternly warned against presenting the negative idea about him and his his family, which he found poisonous to his teenage daughter.
Dictating the possible problems from his wife, Ayo Makun justified no one is completely innocent and said that “women always play the victims and win.”
