Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has appealed to the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to release Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.
Kanu, who founded the IPOB in 2014, was arrested during Buhari’s regime and has been in the custody of the DSS despite court order.
Taking to his Instagram page on Tuesday, the father of five sang praises to Tinubu, hailing him as a man who fought for democracy for 3 decades.
The movie producer begged President Tinubu to release Nnamdi.
Yul wrote, “To our leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, @officialBAT GCFR. The Jagaban. A man who has fought for democracy for 3 decades. A builder & supporter of men & women. My President, please release Nnamdi Kanu. A humble request from your son, Yul Edochie”.
