BBNaija season 7: Winner to get N100m prize money

Big Brother Naija, Africa’s most popular reality show, is set to commence its seventh season which will kick off this month by 23rd July Saturday.

This is coming a few weeks after the end of the season’s sixth reunion show.

This year’s Big Brother Naija show promises to go bigger, seeing as the show winner will go home with a total sum of N100 million. The N100 million will be in the form of N50 million prize money and N50 million worth of gifts from the show sponsors.

Multichoice Nigeria announced this on their Twitter handle today. “Guess the cash price for BBNaijaS7, N100 million naira.

According to reports, this year show will witness a return of a few pre-COVID 19 elements including the fan-favourite ‘Ninjas’ and a live studio audience.

A Nigeria media personal and TV host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, also confirmed the news in his tweet: “Yes, we are back, season 7 is finally here, we can’t wait for you guys to see all the amazing stuff coming this season. Trust me if you think you know Big Brother, this season is about to take things up another notch.”

It will air from 7 pm on DStv channel 198 and GOtv channel 29 with a simulcast on Africa Magic Showcase, Africa Magic Urban, and Africa Magic Family.

This year’s edition of BBNaija will run for 72 days and end on October 2, 2022.

Recall that Hazel Oyeze Onou, most known as Whitemoney, won the grand prize in the sixth edition of the BBNaija show N90 million.
